Winter is the most beautiful season. It begins in December and ends in February. December, January and February are winter months. There is a lot of snow on the trees and on the ground. It is a big pleasure to walk in winter. The weather is usually fine. Children like winter because they can ski or sledge. Boys like to play hockey and snowballs. Girls like to skate and make a snowman. In winter, the people of our country celebrate New Year’s Day. They decorate a New Year tree and give presents to each other. Everybody likes this holiday.
