You are rushing from one task to the next, not because there are lots of them, but because of poor planning in the first place. You are very reactive, but not a good planner. Every event is a crisis and you are busy putting out fires. That’s why tasks pile up around you.

You are too “laid back” or “too cool for school” that it interferes your ability to finish tasks. You put off things in the future. “Yes, next week, I will do it.” You avoid tasks so nothing gets done.

Your problem is that you are not able to say “No” and take too many responsibilities. All anyone has to do is ask, and you will do it. This is how your work piles up. You take so many tasks: leader of this, secretary of that, organizer of this and that, etc.

You want everything to be too perfect and precise that you feel that no rushed job can be a good job. Finishing tasks to your satisfaction is such a problem you always need more time.

You are born to socialize so you can easily talk to people. You have great communication skills and you use them every chance you get. But every interaction becomes a long drawn out conversation, especially if there is a task you need to do. You are a task avoider as well.
