It is the natural covering of our body. It protects us and gives us our sense of touch. Food that is very good for our skin includes fruit and vegetables, nuts, cereals and oily fish.

The human body has over 600 of these body parts! Without them, we couldn’t move, breathe, pump blood around our body or digest our food. To build and repair them, we need protein. We can find this in foods like meat, fish and eggs.

The human skeleton has over 200 of these body parts which support and protect our body. Calcium in dairy products like milk, cheese and yoghurt keeps them healthy.

It commands our nervous system and controls our behaviour. It uses 20% of the energy from the food we eat! It needs green vegetables, healthy fats, such as those in oily fish, and carbohydrates like cereals, bread and pasta.
