Put the verbs into the past simple

Hello Mary,

Tom and I 1)[ ] to Paris last weekend and I 2)[ ] to tell you about it. Our hotel 3)[ ] great so on our first night we 4)[ ] there. The next day we 5)[ ] to visit the Eiffel Tower, of course. There 6)[ ] lots of people, but the view 7)[ ] amazing. Then we 8)[ ] shopping and I 9)[ ] a very expensive jacket! On Sunday we 10)[ ] breakfast at the hotel and then we 11)[ ] Notre Dame. Everything 12)[ ] wonderful.
