  How are you? Thanks a lot for your last letter. It was great to hear from you! Sorry I haven’t written for so long but I was busy.
• You asked me about my new flat. It’s great! It’s in a modern building in the city center. The flat is not very big. It has got one big living room, a bedroom, a small kitchen and a bathroom. The best thing about it is the balcony. I’ve got a wonderful view of the city.
• Come and visit me next weekend. Take the number 52 bus. Get off at Milton Street. Opposite the bus stop is a pet shop. My house is next to the pet shop.
• Well, I’d better go now as I have to do my homework. Drop me a letter when you can.
