Titanic

The film ’Titanic’ made in the US in 1997 is the most EXPENSE film ever made at almost $250 million. Starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet, it was directed by James Cameron and won 11 Oscars, including the Oscar for the best film. Why is the film so SUCCESS?

Miranda, aged 13, has seen the film three times and now has the video. "I almost know the script by heart," she says, "and I still have tears in my eyes at the end. It makes a big DIFFER to me to think that it’s a true story. It really happened."

Her mother is IMPRESSION by the research. "James Cameron spent an enormous amount of time and money to get everything just right and EXACT as it was on the real 'Titanic'. It’s a great story and there’s never a dull moment in the film."

George agrees that the special effects are incredible but says, "I didn’t much like the love story and some parts were rather PREDICT. It was long too — so I don’t think I’ll see it again."
