Scientists have discovered that sports activities improve our body and mental health. Sport leads to different positive results. The scientists measured people's intellectual and physical activation through special tests. The results were unbelievable.

All participants had been doing sports regularly for more than 7 days. The brain scanning proved that after the first two days they became emotionally stronger. People didn't panic in difficult situations and could make the right decisions faster to solve them. Also, some of them memorised poems and prose by heart easier than before. One study showed that after sport activities people felt happy and enjoyed their life more than before. People became more flexible in their thinking and generated new unique ideas.
