Fashion industry is one of the sectors blamed for hiring children. The little workers have to do various tasks from harvesting crops like cotton to [poverty|education|hours|endangered|income|hazardous|dyeing] textile and sewing buttons. Children often work long [poverty|education|hours|endangered|income|hazardous|dyeing] and are paid below the normal wage. Sometimes employers promise parents to give their children decent [poverty|education|hours|endangered|income|hazardous|dyeing], good accommodation with meals, and even schooling, but in fact, the young labourers find themselves working under conditions similar to slavery.
