Fears are present in the life of every person. There are many different fears. They have different effects on people, but all them affect our health, mental state and relationships with people.
How to overcome one's fears? Any person has the power to cope with absolutely any of them. Remember yourself in childhood. What were you afraid of? There is also a distraction method based on occupational therapy. It is the best cure for many diseases of the body and the soul. If you do any job, you have no time to feel afraid.
