Mary has written a letter to Dr Kate Wilson about problems with her sleep. Read the doctor's response and complete the sentences.
Dear Mary,
Thank you for your letter! I will try my best to help you with some tips. I understand that it's very difficult to go to bed early, but there are a few things you can do.
First, you should plan your day. Try to be focused on the important tasks. Spending a lot of time on the computer is not good for you. Control the time that you spend on online lessons and homework.
You should also take breaks during your day, like going for a walk. It won't take a lot of time; just 15–20 minutes will be enough, and you will feel better after walking. Finally, before you go to sleep, you should switch off all your gadgets. Drink some warm tea or warm milk and go to bed early, if it's possible. You should try it!
