To be going to используется для обозначения планов на будущее и намерений.

После to be going to мы используем глагол в первой форме (инфинитив):

We're going to study tonight.

Если за to be going to следует go, то второй глагол можно опустить:

Where are you going on Sunday?

I'm going to the shop, или I'm going to go to the shop.
