Hello! My name is Anna. I'm from Germany. Germany is a country in Central Europe. I live in Frankfurt. It's a big city in the west of Germany. It is on the river Main. Frankfurt has got a huge airport and the famous Goethe University. But Frankfurt is not the capital city. The capital city of Germany is Berlin. It is in the east of the country.My favourite place in Germany is Schwarzwald. The name Schwarzwald means "The Black Forest". It is a beautiful mountain region in the southwest of Germany. The southwest of Germany also has the Alps Mountains. You can go alpine skiing* there.
