Dear Leo,

Thanks for dropping me a line, I was really happy to get your letter.

You're right, my family has recently moved to Brighton where my mum grew up.

Our new flat is smaller but cosier than our old one. There're two bedrooms — my parents' one and mine. There's also a really nice balcony with a fantastic sea view. I like to read there at sunset.

The location couldn't be better. There're lots of interesting places in my new neighbourhood! A flea Market, Queen's park, the beach, and lots of nice cafes.
