The Taj Mahal is a pearl of Indian architecture. Most people know its white marble dome but the Taj Mahal is a magnificent integrated compound. The construction began in 1653 and finished 21 year later. More than 20 thousand craftsmen worked over that outstanding building. The walls are made of translucent marble which tremendously changes the colours of the Taj Mahal. In the bright morning light it seems to be white, in the dawn it is pink, while in the moonlight night it becomes silver.

Sydney Opera House is one of the most easily recognised buildings in the world. It is a symbol of Sydney and one of the most famous tourist attractions there. The construction was held for about 10 years while it was planned to make it during 3 years. The Empire State Building is a 102-floor skyscraper which is situated on Manhattan Island in New-York. Before the North Tower of the World Trade Centre was opened, the Empire State Building was the tallest building in the world. That was between the years 1931 and 1970. The Empire State Building again was recognized as the tallest in New York from 2001 to 2012. Amazingly, it took a little bit more than a year to build that magnificent piece of architecture.
