interesting exhibitions, including the Scottish Kings and Queens of the past,
and the National
War
Museum.
If the sun comes out, you have a fantastic view of the shops and buildings on Edinburgh’s
famous street, the Royal Mile.
When the sun is shining, go to Arthur’s Seat

Seat is a high hill in the centre of Edinburgh
with excellent views of the city. You can choose an easy walk or a difficult

including the Castle, the Royal Mile, and Holyrood
Palace.
It’s the perfect place to take some great photos of the city.
When it is cold, go to Princes
Street at New Year
New Year
has a different name in Scotland:
Hogmanay – and the Hogmanay Party in Princes Street
