Sometimes I think that I hate totally everything [ ] myself — this face, these legs, and arms — ugh! People usually tell me to focus more on the [ ] I like about myself, but it is not the [ ]. I don't like anything!
So I've started visiting our school psychologist recently, and she showed me some useful exercises for improving my [ ]. I hope to stop [ ] myself to other people and start loving my face and body [ ] any doubt.
