Complete the text with the correct form of the words in brackets

The kids woke up early in the morning. they ran downstairs to check the presents under the Christmas tree. This year they had Christmas tree ever!

It was Christmas Eve, and everybody expected something to happen. Suddenly, they heard a very strange noise from under the Christmas tree from one of the boxes. They began to open the boxes one by one, and found the one. They opened it, and a very small cute puppy showed its little head from out of the box. That was so that the children began to scream and call for parents. The parents appeared and everybody began to laugh!
