To make nouns plural we*…*

add ending [-'s|-ed|-s];

add ending [-es|-s|-os] after  -s, -ss, -sh, -ch, -x, -o;

change -y into [-ae|-yie|-ie] if it comes after a consonant and then add ending -s;

don't change -y if it  comes after a vowel and then add ending -s;

change -f and -fe into [-ves|-voes|-fes].
