To make nouns plural we*…*

add ending -s;

add ending -es after  -s, -ss, -sh, -ch, -x, -o;

change -y into -ie if it comes after a consonant and then add ending -s;

don't change -y if it  comes after a vowel and then add ending -s;

change -f and -fe into -ves.
