The Present Perfect rule
Утвердительное предложение строится по формуле S (подлежащее) + have/has + Ved/3.

Пример: I havejustdone my homework.

Отрицательное предложение строится по формуле S + have/has + not + Ved/3.

Пример: He has not (hasn't) done his homework yet.

Вопросительное предложение строится по формуле have/has + S + Ved/3.

Краткий ответ на общий вопрос: Yes, I have / No, he hasn't.

Пример: Have you alreadydone your homework? — Yes, I have.
